JPG picture sort & compression software required

We require a simple GUI solution for a client. Here is his process just now:

1. Take digital photographs

2. Upload to his desktop

3. Use quickEpics to compress the photos

4. Sort the photos in groups

5. Upload them to his server

Here is how we proposed the software to work:

1. Take digital photographs

2. Connect camera via USB to his PC

3. Software recognises this and launches

4. Software isolates photos according to "intervals" ie if picture 1 was taken at 1200hrs, and picture 10 was 1220hrs, the next batch will be atleast one hour afterwards (user can set interval) and as such the software sorts them into folders ie pics 1 to 10 in folder 1, pics 11 to 25 in folder 2 etc etc.

5. Software compresses photographs to 640 x 480 (or user preset dimension) and JPEG compression to Lum Factor 014 and Chrom Factor 016 (or user preset - table available from quick ePics)

This process should be quite easy by using the JPEG details. Quite a simple project - would appreciate a quick turn around.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
