Processing Query Files With SQL

Greetings: We need a system whereby we can upload a text file to an SQL database and it will process, compare, store, sort and export the desired results. Here is a little background information: We collect large amounts of data in .txt form, each day we collect about 350-400mb of raw txt in a flat text file.
