Second life portal (similar to secondlife.nl) Excellent coder wanted!(repost)

I would like to have a portal programmed / designed similar to secondlife.nl. I would like to create a real secondlife community At least the following functions should be included: User section; where users can register and enter their information, upload a picture and keep some sort of blog and other people can comment on it. each user will have its own page at {username}.[login to view URL] where this information is displayed. Admin part with complete control over all aspects of the website (CMS and user admin), mass mailing system, part where RSS news is aggregated about secondlife and part of it (selection) is displayed in the portal homepage.. with button ... more news for link to news page. Tutorial section where articles / tutorials can be placed about second life and users can send in an article which can be considered for placement. Forum section (i will use an external forum system for this: vbulletin) And maybe some more options I really have to figure out everything , this is just a general idea of what I want, exact requirements specification will be completed in interaction with coder and buyer. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform internet webserver (linux)
