Signup Software for ISP

We require web based functionality that allows our ISP clients to generate online signup software. The software is then copied to CDs and distributed via retail channels, so that new customers can signup with the ISP. The signup application is intended for the Windows platform. ** All bids must be accompanied by a short summary of the planned approach. ** ISP will have the option to customize the interface of the dialer, by using their graphic file(s), company name, Terms of Service Agreement, signup URL, home page URL etc. Access to the application is restricted. A user must be prompted for login and password if they want to generate a dialer. All users will be authenticated on our RADIUS server. Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional program in executable form. 2) Full source-code with good documentation. 3) Complete copyright to all worked purchased (and a guarantee that none of the code is copyrighted by someone else) 4) 10 hours of post-sale technical support. Any additional functionality added to the application will be welcomed and appreciated, and will result in a corresponding feedback to your profile. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows
