TShirt Design

Ok guys this project is not going to be the easiest one, only bid if you are really really creative and good at designs. My organization has a concept and an initial design (its a rough sketch) for a TShirt however we are not entirely satisfied with the design. I've attached the design to the bid request. Before I accept a bid I want three things: 1) Your best 3 designs (TShirt designs preferred but Logos, etc are also ok) 2) A mockup of how your vision of this concept 3) Your bid for completing the design (This will include an AI vector file and a 300 DPI PSD and it most certainly will include a large number of changes and alterations until I am completely satisfied) This project is open to bonus oppurtunities. If you can wow me with your design and the TShirt is executed well then there will be a bonus. If you don't understand the concept outlined in the attachment then let me know and I will clarify it for you. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Photoshop / Illustrator
