USB Reader

WINDOWS I am working on a GPS over GSM project which has many parts but this is the first thing that needs to be done. I need an application that reads GPS data fom a usb device then transfers it over tcp or udp (whatever) to another app on another computer. When it arrives at the destination computer I want the data to be forwarded to a com port so my mapping software can read it. Basically... 1. App to read GPS data stream from usb and send it to a remote comp via the internet. 2. App to recieve the data and forward it to a com port. There needs to be a basic configuration input because my ip address is always changing. Many more options are needed later but for now i just want the data transmitted and recieved. Can anybody do this without too much trouble? I will pay $500 for these apps. There is 3 months continous work after this point to further develop this application. No GPS device is required on your part, I can provide the data stream from my end thanks ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows
