Video Converting Software Clone

I want to create / clone the software like [login to view URL] offer. I have their softwares full version it is a simple program that allows you to download youtube videos and convert them and save them to your PC.. I only want a PC version of software. Along with the cloned software I want a small website to sell the program like they have. I have teh domain name and marketing to sell this program. I will sell the program cheap so the job budget is not huge... I will even do a backend profit share to a programmer who likes to earn residuals... look at videopiggy and if you need any other info let me know. Please bod with details not a "I can do this" bid.. I liek details on how long and how... and remember I have the software in hand now if you need it to re-create it. no big bells and whistles on this program it is an easy quick program to clone so be fair when you bid :) I have 10 other projects like this and if you do good I will choose you on them as well. Will ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): Working program that does exacly what and has all the features videopiggy has.. a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
