WPF Need AllowsTransparency for win32 fix

I am trying to have my version of <[url removed, login to view]> work with a WPF application with AllowTransparency enabled.

I read about a potential solution here: <[url removed, login to view]>

I am including my program that has a lot of the code needed from the stackoverflow answer. I just can not get it to work.

My version of the control needs to appear below my header title textbox. Also AllowTransparency needs to be readded to the top of MainWindow
