Simple Wireless Internet Access Control

I am looking for a simple wireless internet access control. This will enable me control who uses my wireless Internet access to surf the Web. It will be a simple software that would automatically take over the administration of the wireless internet access. I do not want to do any configuration: once the installation process is done, the system requesta RESTART and kicks in. The idea is that when one tries to access my wireless connection, they will mbe made to pay for the access based on the prices I set for the plans. They however get a one time 5 minute free surfing. **_The Process:_** 1. I install the software on my computer 2. It automatically configures my wireless router to point to an Authetication Server 3. Restart the computer. 4. When someone tries to access the internet through the Wireless access point, they are re-directed to the Auhentication page where they have to login. [login to view URL] the person has an existing account, they log in and have access to the Internet 6. If no account exists, the person gets to register and of course, they have to pay for a PLAN. 7. The person is given Credit Card processing page to pay for access. 8. Access is granted according to PLAN (1 hr, 3 hrs, half day, 1 day, 1 week, 2 weeks) 9. When plan expires, they are re-directed to login page again. **_Web Interface Settings: _** 1. Ability to create multiple accounts for multiple installations/locations. Every new installation must be assciated to an account for management. 2. Ability to add the Credit Card transaction and paypal transaction accounts. 3. Activity (bandwidth use, number of users) reports sent by email to user's email account 4. Ability to manage individual users online 5. Automatically crediting each account with traffic. This is to enable me know what locations are doing well. 5. Other ideas are welcome ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
