E-commerce site From Joomla to Wordpress

We would like to transfer our current website ( w w w . E Z C u s t o m W r i s t b a n d s . c o m ), which is based on a Joomla template and VirtueMart, to a WordPress template and WooCommerce ecommerce platform. The other major task is a one page ordering system similar to w w w . 2 4 h o u r w r i s t b a n d s . c o m / s h o p / c u s t o m - s i l i c o n e - w r i s t b a n d s / p r i n t e d - w r i s t b a n d s . We have all the processes and image files laid out and created. We also have the WordPress theme (shopica) bought. Additional requirement are below.
