Custom Programmed Wordpress Plugin / Woocommerce Extension - Daily Deal Listing

THE SHORT OF IT: Need a Wordpress plugin with a custom backend that will dynamically display daily deal on the homepage. THE STEP-BY-STEP NEEDS: This project should be a plugin that can be installed in the plugin directory of wordpress. It should not be theme dependent in any way. This Plugin should change the sale price of a Woocommerce product for a given time period (ex: 24 hours). Once time period is over for a product the sale price should return to a predetermined amount. The daily deal product should be able to be displayed in a box on the homepage either by shortcode or widget, preferably the option for both display types. The box on the home page needs to have all of the following: Responsive Design Matching Style to Website Custom CSS classes for each display element below - Product Title - Product Image - Regular Price - Sale Price - Percent of Discount - Countdown until deal is over - Add to Cart Button - Sold Out Graphic (if item is no longer for purchase at deal price) The homepage deal box should change every 24 hour period and display the next deal in the loop of deals. Deals should not be set on individual product pages, but instead be accessed by a left hand Wordpress Menu item where the admin can set-up, see, edit and manage all deals from one place. Deals should not be based on calendar dates. Deal should be on a rolling schedule that loops back to the beginning. Example Below. Deal 1 (posted for 24 hours) > Deal 2 (24 hours) > Deal 3 (24 hours) >> Deal 1 (24 hours) > Deal 2 (24 hours)......... Options to set for the Daily Deal Backend: - Choose a product from existing inventory (maybe search by sku?) - Set Sale Price for Product - Set Number Available at Sale Price Product - Set Return to Sales Price after item is done - Set loop order number (preferably by drag and drop) - Turn on and off deal loop no featured deal) - Set time to start Deal Loop (1:00 local time) - Global Setting - - Set period of time All Deals will loop (ex 24 hours) - Global Setting - Please Do Not: - Make any changes to themes, Wordpress or Woocommerce that will be overridden by the next update. - Install a bunch of plugins to accomplish this goal. *** Please only serious php programmers.
