Fix up my Wordpress Site to make it like iJailbreak.com etc!

I need to fix my site: [login to view URL] and make it more user friendly. For example....on the page: [login to view URL] I want to make it like [login to view URL] so that there is basically a drop box for the firmware files. Also the web design is really bad and I want to fix it up and make a site similar to [login to view URL] where the Facebook page can be added to the right, there can be a place to go to my youtube channel, etc! and also the current theme is garbage because it is too small. If you go to [login to view URL] you can tell that the youtube video doesn't fit right. Basically I want the site redesigned. Even the banner. I have hosting through hostgator. Wordpress is preferred since its easy for me to edit but we can work things out. Thanks
