Responsive Wordpress HTML 5 from PSDs

Hi, I am looking for someone to develop a simple Wordpress theme. The pages I have designed in PSDs are Home/Blog, Single Post, Page, Archive/Search Results. You will be getting the PSDs and from that I would want 2 things. The design is very minimalist. Therefore ATTENTION TO DETAIL is a must. This has to be PIXEL PERFECT and look just like the PSDs. Firstly to turn that into simple HTML5/CSS3. That is one deliverable. Then take that and turn it into a Wordpress theme. This is the other deliverable. I would want both delivered (One HTML/CSS package and one Wordpress Theme). Essentials: - Cross browser compatibility - W3C Compliant - HTML5/CSS3 - Responsive Design - Images also need to scale to screen size - No use of images in CSS - Attention to the styles specified in the PSD (lists, quotes, dropcaps, hightlighted text, headers etc) - Google Fonts (Open Sans Light/Open Sans Condensed Light) Please only bid if you have read the entire description and feel 100% confident you can deliver this pixel perfect and make it work the same on all browsers.
