Wordpress online booking system modification

I need modification on the current booking system for a Small boat online reservation with 16 passengers. The current gateway accept PayPal, so we need to modify and to keep the PayPal as current payment gateway. Below are the Variables on the NEW booking system that must be considered:

1. Total cabins - 8 cabins

- Cabin type "A" - 4 cabins

- Cabin type "B" - 4 cabins

2. Beds in Cabins

- Cabin type "A" - 2 beds (max 4 people)

- Cabin type "B" - 1 bed (max 2 people)

3. Max capacity on the boat - 16 passengers

4. Pick season dates

- from June 10 - Sept 4

5. Off Pick season dates

- from April 1 - June 9

- from Sept 5 - Oct 30

6. Four type of cruises

- 4 days 3 nights

- 5 days 4 nights

- 8 days 7 nights

- 15 days 14 nights

7. Pick season price per person

- 4 days 3 nights - 360 bgn

- 5 days 4 nights - 360 bgn

- 8 days 7 nights - 480 bgn

- 15 days 14 nights - 750 bgn

8. Off Pick season price per person

- 4 days 3 nights - 300 bgn

- 5 days 4 nights - 300 bgn

- 8 days 7 nights - 400 bgn

- 15 days 14 nights - 660 bgn

9. Departure/arrival days

- 4 days 3 nights - friday/monday

- 5 days 4 nights - monday/friday

- 8 days 7 nights - monday/monday or friday/friday

- 15 days 14 nights - monday/monday or friday/friday

10. The booking system must work an all devices as it is now

*** There must be included a calendar with the available dates when booking and the avail cabins (type A or B) - something similar to [url removed, login to view] but simple as we don't offer many of the options​ there.
