I'm not sure what you're asking. Is it that you don't want the web site to encrypt your password (something which you have no control over), or is it that you want to be able to see your password as you type it in (something you probably also have no control over, but which you can do something about)? If it's the second situation, just type your password into an editor (or any screen space that's open for typing and is large enough), then cut the password from the place where you typed it, and paste it into the password field.
