Wordpress plugin customization

Hi, Im using Share Bar plugin in my wordpress site. 1. First problem is that I need to take out the bar before we reach the end of the post (since there are other elemnets in the theme). I can not do it in the plugin because it measures in px when to make the bar go, but it measures it from the bottom to the post. So, I can not control it since some posts have tons of comments and some have not. I will need somebody with knowledge of wordpress programming to fix that and send me the customized plugin. 2. When the bar goes out it just pops out, I would like to have it fade or something less shocking. Thanks Alan Brain
