Wordpress Plugin - Data Import, Scraping, and Reporting

I am seeking a very experienced Wordpress plugin developer to develop a data import, scaping, and reporting plugin. ***Wordpress Plugin Features Overview*** We have a web service we will supply you with that can perform most of the functions we would like the plugin to perform. Additional details will be provided to applicants. 1. Have ability to import CSV files that includes several rows and columns of data including URLs. 2. For each URL in the imported CSV the plugin will make a connection to the URL, examine the html code of the URL for specific data, and import the specific data we are looking to obtain into the database. 3. The plugin will have the ability to generate reports from the imported data that includes the generation of bar graphs, line graphs, and tables that can be Sorted and Filtered. It will also have to perform calculations based on data contained in the imported csv file to represent data in percentages. 4. The plugin will provide the ability to create folders (collections) that will be used to organize and manage imported data and reports. 5. It will have the ability to generate reports based on both predefined date ranges and custom date ranges. 7. The plugin will have an attractive and easy to use interface including wizards that step users through the CSV import process, a dashboard 6. Multiple versions of the plugin will be created that contains different limits on the plugins capabilities. Example.
