Wordpress Plugin Development

Hello, I'm looking for a skilled wordpress plugin developer to develop a plugin for me.

The work of this plugin is to submit contents to different networks immediately a post is publish on wordpress.

Some of the features of this plugin includes:

It should have inbuilt spinner or at least integrate with [url removed, login to view] or [url removed, login to view] in other to spin the contents before submission.

It must be able to send the new post for submission to these networks: [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view]

It should be able to submit the spun contents to web 2.0 blogs such as [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view] and lots more, I will want around 25 - 50 of these web 2.0 blogs working on the plugin.

When submitting the spun content, it should be able to add the link to the post on your site twice (one with an anchor text and the other as just a naked link).

The plugin should have 3 steps of license: the user license that only works with one site, the premium license that works with 10 sites and the developer license that works with 30 sites.

And I will need this project completed in less than a month, precisely before December 30, 2011.
