Email Template Styling for Contact Form 7 (Wordpress)

I am using the Contact Form 7 plugin on my wordpress site for 2 separate web forms.

I would like you to create the html code and css to make the email template part look SIMILAR to these PDF forms (the web form on the website side will be untouched):

This means, when someone fills out the web form on my site, the email I will get in my inbox will have your new html code/css to looks like the images above.

There are 2 forms, so you will be creating 2 email templates.

Here is a screen shot of the Contact Form 7 settings to better explain what you will be creating the html/css for:

I will be pasting your code into the box in the bottom right corner to replace the old code.

The old code that you will be replacing is in a text file [HERE][7]:

Notice the [tags], these will need to be used in your email template so that it will work with the web form.

Finally, I understand that you might not be able to make the email template look exactly the same as the 2 PDF images above. That's OK, just make them look similar and get it to look as close as possible.

I can give you access to my Wordpress dashboard, or can install the code myself. It's up to you.
