FireFox Extension

I am looking for a developer to write a firefox extension that will do the following: if you are in firefox and you are browsing a page, i want the user to either be able to select (highlight) a region of text or select no text. the you can right click on the mouse and a menu option will be there with text provided. once the user clicks the menu link, the extension will create an xml file on the hard disk. the xml file has a known name. the xml file will have 3 fields title, url, and text (either entire page selected text). the text will be HTML. All 3 fields will be url encoded. then it will fire off a c# program passing as a command argument the directory of where the xml file is located. the c# program already know the name of the file and will open it and read the contents. the c# program is already written. not sure if it is possible to include the c# program in the extension or can the extension put the file in a physical location on the harddisk. i dont want the c# program to be seperate from the extension project if possible. All source code will be provided and a build script will be provided so that we can rebuild the project if needed. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform this plugin will work on windows only because the c# application is written to run on windows only.
