Bid will be a rough estimate until full brief is given, but Id appreciate a rogh cost based on the needs below:
I need a content management system built in Flash, which uses PHP/XML to update content in text files. It MUST include a WYSIWYG text editor with buttons for BOLD, ITALIC, HYPERLINKS, MAILTOs, COLOUR TEXT etc etc, and act like Microsoft Word (i.e. when any bold text is highlighted, the bold button appears pressed, clicking bold again unbolds the text)
Clients will gain access to the site into a secure area, by way of logging in (E-shop- Oscommercelike and ticket management). They're they will place order to buy materials & ticket.
I will need administrative console to manage user login imformation, usage data, and to display hits from clients and members.

All source files must be supplied.
Again, please only bid if you have done this before, and you can show links or set up a demo for me to see. Overall this is a big system that I need built so the right programmer must be found for a good relationship.
