Key Requirements.
1) Web Page to add, modify and deactivate Employer/Agency records.
2) Page to view all registered Employers, Agencies by Alphabet.
3) Web Page to Add, Modify and deactivate Job Industry Groups - Accounting, Computing, Secreterial, mechanical etc, Medical, Construction.
4) Allow registered employers to Seach/add/modify/delete or turn of jobs that they have available.
5) Allow job seekers register and add their CV's to file as an attachment. Word, Text.
6) Allow Jobs seekers the ability to turn of whether they are looking for work or not. Activate/Deactivate their CV's
7) Allow job Seekers to search for jobs. Must include permanent, Contract, Any Search option.
8) Allow job seekers to apply for jobs and automatically email the employers their cover letter and attached CV.
9) Ability to send automatic email listing of all employees looking for work and email to all employers registered on a daily basis.
10) Ability to email all registered job seekers that are currently seeking work a job listing based on their save sob search criteria.
Any other features a plus.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
