Make a Google frienly dropdown menu(repost)

Dear Coder

Please read the attached Word file.

I will deliver a file with HTML code so you can see how we have code the old menu

(It uses <UL> <LI> Tags)

You will have to make it posible for Google to search in the menu for terms and also handle IE 6.0, IE 7.0, IE 8.0, Firefox and safari
