Make HTML Site Work in IE7

I need someone to make a site view correctly in IE7. It already works in Firefox/Safari/IE8. You can see it at my test server: [login to view URL] Will give the whole site directory to winning bidder who will make all pages work then upload - just don't want to attach them publicly. I'm sure you'll be able to see the problems, I need it to look the same except for the rounded borders on the links below the title/back to top links. Major problems are: contact image is doing strange things dropdowns I've tried fixing things already, moved the nav over -450px with a conditional style, please change that if there's a better way/it's causing problems.
