PHP CSS adult site with membership area

Program in PHP All pages should be coded in CSS and be "Valid XHTML 1.0 Strict". "What's New" section will be powered by Wordpress software (WordPress is already installed and ready to integrate). I've got a current CMS at [login to view URL], but new section in CMS will be added for these feed links, images, and descriptions. Create a 11 page site (all using the same header/footer), some pages will be for logged in members only. Integrate site with CCBill billing. Members who join via CCBill will be granted access to the members area of Manspace. Use worpress entries to populate the "What's New" section in the right column of the home pages, and the main "What's New" and "Individual post" pages.
