PSD/Fireworks XHTML Video site Skin (No scripting other than CSS and HTML)

Hi Coders Need your help designing a skin for a videos site. This site plays adobe 9 videos in .flv format and I did this for my client. Please check the attached screens and let me know what do you think. I want exact replica of the attached screens in .psd format or even done in fireworks. Either version is alright to me. Besides I will guide you about the new features you will introduce in the design (Like content area for latest videos etc). I will need the original psd/ fireworks design + sub pages for the acreenshots and also XHTML (Yeah purely DIV Based stable template with images in a directory called images and a stylesheet in the root directory called [login to view URL]).
