PSD to HTML CSS Template

I need the 6 PSD's that I have created turned into working HTML CSS / PHP Code to work in all browsers. I want the navigation to work with the top and side headers. I want the side nav to be able to add pages with easy (Using PHP coding) No database will be needed for this at this time just want the psd cut out. I have already created the code that will be used for the homepage header. All the text that is in Arial will need to be text not image. I want CSS used ever place possible to make it so if I need to change text I can. I also want the background image to grow from left to right so if the screen/browser grows the background will go too. I will be availbe by chat if any questions will be needed once the bid has been excepted. I will need the project done within a few days so please don't bid unless you have the time to work on it. ## Deliverables Attached are the images of the 6 pages needed... Once your bid has been accepted I will zip up the top XML Slider that I want on the home page... the code has already been established it will just need to be put in the HTML CSS
