I need a site coded in PHP using a MySQL back end with the following components:
- a cron job which grabs RSS feeds from selected external sources at given intervals and stores them into the local database
- website front end which accesses those entries in the database (most recent entries displayed first)
- user account create/modify/delete with email verification for account activation
- password recovery (Secret question/answer pair)
- users to define keywords and store those in a profile
- cron job to search new entries for users keywords and notify users of matching entries
- optional digest option: users can select daily/weekly/monthly digests
- ability for user features and functions to designated "premium"
- paypal integration
- crisp, neat, simple text-based CSS look-and-feel NO FLASH, the less graphics the better
- layout needs to have slots allocated for banner ads, skyscrapers, and multiple 125x125 buttons
You will be working with a highly technical buyer (I am perfectly capable of coding this myself but do not have the time to do so).
