share revenue

I need to be able to share revenue coming from google adsense with users on my website. Here are the options i need: 1 - ability to decide the percentage to share with the each user. like" john 40%, mike 60% ect... ; 2 - ability to choose if show or do not show banners on the own user profile page to avoid click fraud or, automatic set to 0% share revenue when the user login to his own pages; 3 - when the user has reached a specific amount of revenue, can claim the payment with a notification; 4 - the script has to work with google adsense but also with an internal advertisement system so needs to be independents by google; 5 - to pay the users i like paypal and the users will need to provide the paypal information when they signup. this information can be added later; google analytic and google adsense are now integrated and you can see from which users and pages clicks and impressions are from. This is a huge help for this project;
