What I need or require: A HTML website with Google enabled services for my tax services business. ? I require better intuitive GUI using Google products and services to promote my business and attract new customers. ? I want 4 pages with the following information;
1) Homepage with welcome message, services, hours of operation, office location (Google Maps), announcements, and testimonials.
2) Appointment reservations where the client can select the date and time online to schedule an appointment. ? Must automate with Google Calendar in a way so that it synchronizes into my iPhone, and send me an email notification.
3) Contact information displaying my address, phone number, fax number, and email. ? Also must have a function for customers to submit their inquires. ? Input fields include customers' first name, last name, email, phone (optional), subject matter, and message body/content.
4) Link to separate blog site (different website that opens in a new window).

I have concrete ideas. ? I need a Provider to execute them. ? I assure minimal mixed communication. ? There will also be potential to design another website (blog) and/or rehire for website maintenance and update.
What I need or require:

What I already have versus what the provider will deliver:
Re-design existing site. ? I need full design done, with simple graphics and layout, including background theme, color schemes, and incorporating my existing logo. ? I have all the information to go on each page of the website, and ideas for the style and color. ? Provider will incorporate Google products and features to improve customer GUI and increase web traffic. ? Provider will offer layout ideas and design consulting; I will make the final decision.
Other context/requirements that providers will need to know:
In terms of style, I want a very simple and clean look that loads fast onto any computer independent of their Internet speed. ? The theme will convey money, cash, and profits. ? The color schemes will therefore be a variation(s) of green. ? It needs to be very simple, easy to use, and searchable by Google/Yahoo if anyone is searching for tax preparation services in my geography.
Graphic design experience for public advertisement and web banner a plus, though not required.
