WE would like a landing webpage that that will ask for users to sign up to receive a free bumper sticker for signing up to our email listing. When they land on this page, they will have the option to pick one of three bumper stickers. They will then need to enter their mailing address and email address to submit the data. We also need a verification box (where they enter 5-6 characters to be verify and prevent automated entries) We would then like to be able to export the data so that we can mail the bumpersticker to them.
## Deliverables
We prefer that this be a access based program that runs on a windows 2003 server. We want that the code to be install on that server. The other option is the run it on a dedicated godaddy hosting platform with Access or SQL. Either way, it needs to be secure and easy to get the data off the server.
