Weekly Newsletter and Blog Post

PROJECT SUMMARY: On a weekly basis, our website distributes newsletters containing the latest coupons that are available on the website. A total of 21 new coupon entries will be added to the newsletter each week. These coupons are already posted on the site, research will not be needed. We are also looking for a brief blog post listing the 21 new coupons. This will include a combination of a basic cut and paste from the coupon description already provided on this site and a few new sentences about the coupon we are looking for you to provide. It's likely this project will need to be done once a week for at least 6 months. Basic knowledge of Wordpress is required and willing to learn a basic *.eml editor tool called SendBlaster. No programming needed. This project is a reoccurring weekly task with a due date every week on Wednesday at 5pm EST. Once you are familiar with the process, it is expected that it will take one hour to complete each week. PLEASE BID BASED ON THE COST OF DOING THE PROJECT ONCE. IN OTHER WORDS COST FOR EACH NEW NEWSLETTER AND BLOG POST. ## Deliverables WORK DESCRIPTION: 1) USING THE FREE SENDBLASTER *.eml EDITINGSOFTWARE You will need to download free email software "SendBlaster" for editing the *.eml file newsletter. I recommend that you download this free software to create the *.eml file. It has a nice interface that allows you to edit the *.eml file without needing to create HTML code. It will also ensures compatibilty with Microsoft "Outlook" and others. The template eml file is called "[login to view URL]". Always rename the template eml file to the current Wednesday date using the same format at the template file name, Month-Day-Year. See the attached file "[login to view URL]" to see the steps involved. a) Download and install Sendblaster software from the following web address [login to view URL] b) Click the "Compose Message" link on the top left hand side. c) Click the "Open" folder link on the left hand side and browser to the *.eml file for editing. d) For adding plain text coupon info, click the "down arrow" on the bottom left hand side. 2) FIND THE NEW COUPONS IN COUPON GALLERY ONE a) Get the new coupons listed at the following page in Coupon Gallery One. [login to view URL] b) Click on the Large "[login to view URL]" graphic on the page in the Coupon Gallery One Section. A new window will open up and take you to the coupons page for coupon Gallery One. c) Scan through the coupons and find the top TEN (10) best deals (saves the most money) and enter those in the *.eml file. d) Add these new coupons to the COUPON GALLERY ONE section of the *.eml file. See [login to view URL] attched file. 3) FIND THE NEW COUPONS IN COUPON GALLERY TWO a) Get the new coupons listed at the following page in Coupon Gallery two at the [login to view URL] b) Click on the Large "Redplum" graphic on the page in the Coupon Gallery Two Section. A new window will open up and take you to the coupons page for coupon Gallery Two. c) Scan through the coupons and find the top SIX (6) best deals (saves the most money) and enter those in the *.eml file. d) Add these new coupons to the COUPON GALLERY TWO section of the *.eml file. See [login to view URL] attched file. 4) FIND THE NEW COUPONS IN COUPON GALLERY THREE a) Get the new coupons listed at the following page in Coupon Gallery Three at the [login to view URL] b) Click on the large graphic showing a picture of the three coupons on the page in the Coupon Gallery Three Section. A new window will open up and take you to the coupons page for coupon Gallery Three. c) Scan through the coupons and find the top FIVE (5) best deals (saves the most money) and enter those in the *.eml file. d) Add these new coupons to the COUPON GALLERY THREE section of the *.eml file. See [login to view URL] attched file. 5) UPDATE THE GROCERYWIZ BLOG WITH THE NEW COUPONS a) Go to [login to view URL] b) Sign in using the following -- User:XXX Password:XXX c) Go to the post section in Wordpress and choose "add new". d) Add the new coupons post listing the 21 new coupons and a sentence or two about the coupons. See previous post to get an idea of the posting format. e) Add a "Tag" and a "Category" to the post on the right hand side of the Wordpress "Add new post" window. 6) SEND THE UPDATED *.EML FILE BACK TO ME.
