wordpress expert needed to finish blog asap!

Hi, i have a blog installed, and matching graphics to go with it. I have the header, footer, sidebar buttons in psd all of tha. What i need is an wordpress expert that can add the graphics, make an extra column on the right hand side, and intergrate my adsense codes and so other widgets and plugins. I will be on yahoo im to help you out throughout this as well. I need the project done in 3 hours and budget is $30 USD. Please ONLY BID if you can show me examples of wordpress blogs that you have done, i need experts in wordpress, not beginners or intermediates.
