Customize Vehicle Manager in Joomla

Currently I am using Vehicle Manager Pro ([login to view URL]) with SJ Hexagon theme on Joomla v3 .
These are the tasks I am looking to complete:
1) Customize add vehicle page
1a) Remove multiple fields since its not required for members to add vehicle
2) Looking to integrate stripe adaptive payment system. So once members pay for the rental, the funds goes directly to the car owner. Frontend for the members and backend control for the admin
3) Change the default homepage to a article designed by SP Page Builder
4)Move site to https: already purchased certificate and need the site running on secure server.
