Must have GitHub/BitBucket + CakeShell + CakePHP Experience

As stated in the title. If you do not have experience with all 3, you will not be accepted. I will also not be accepting "copy and paste" replies. Please state that you have experience with all 3 platforms when you send over your proposal. I currently have software that needs a centralized hub to work from where these 4 things need to happen: 1. Simple one click installs. 2. Be able to easily update ALL installs of the software when updates/changes are made. 3. Connect all CURRENT INSTALLS to the central location. 4. Be able to control each tier as I explained above. Each tier is slightly different. IMPORTANT NOTE: This was given to me by my current US programmer to help you guys understand what needs to happen here. "Use CakeShell to create a system connect to a separate Central Hub backend, that basically would allow you to click on one button and the process would go thru and create all quickly including the New Site setup, GIT installed, etc. The HUB admin backend would also allow you to quickly update all the sites quickly with the click of one button. That is what you would need."
