Hi, I am 4-5 years experience in mobile app development. The app can be on native or hybrid ( Cordova/ionic). Also hands-on experience on pulling Restful service from remote and store in the device for offline work. Last year, I have developed an app for feedback collection ( play store name ' fidbacs') which pulls Restful ws for survey respondents and store in the device. once the survey is done( device might be offline during survey) then the device become online then send the survey results to server( Sync). U can install it now from play store but it will not work as the server is offline. if you want, I will make the server on for test and give you the demo credentials. Another app is life which is 'baliyatra'. This also use Restful web service to populate Google map for adding temporary shops in a festival. This is live and server is on.
