ASAP - Need help to setup a server (CentOS, CWP, php7.4, security, mysql, node, laravel etc.)

Hi,
Have some issue with the server we have a Centos and CWP installed in the VPS server.
Following problem we have.
* In the VPS server (from [login to view URL]) we have 20 GB of storage but in the CWP we can only use 10 GB. Need help to increase so we use all the capacity on the VPS server.
* I have a site developed in Laravel but when I upload the site in home/mysite/public_html/lara/
and try to access it i get the error message
"Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server."
Need help to get the iste up and running.
* The site in laravel use Node.js the node.js get down all the time i need to manually restart it. Need the node.js to always up and running in the server.
* Want you to check all the setting in CWP and the server so we have install it correct.
For a Linux person this project is not so much work.
