Hello Marcio, Hope you are doing great! I have reviewed your document and completely Understood the whole Idea of what you want to develop. We have developed several Delivery Based application very similar to your concept. Main difference in your System is that Dispatcher will add all the details through their web view and once search for the Truck Drivers, all the nearest driver to the pick up location will be listed out and Dispatcher will assign the Truck Driver, and Truck driver will get the notification to accept the request. Once Truck Driver have accepted the request, Dispatcher can track the Driver's location. One thing to let you know is that Dispatcher is not using mobile application so tracking will be more complicated as it will be on web view and it is a costly affair. If you don't want to go with tracking of the drivers we can provide you the details of Driver's location in every 10 mins of interval. Based on that you can track the driver's motion. Once Driver delivery the parcel to drop off location, Dispatcher will get the notification that parcel is delivered. This is your Application flow, hope I am correct.
