Build a program for PC/MAC that would automatically create a Youtube account.

Hi All, So please bear with me.. as english is not first language... Here's some ideas of what I want to do.. I want someone to build a program/software that will be use by many people that once open, it will automatically first, create a gmail account and then create a youtube account using that gmail account without revealing any of the account information like email address or password to the user. This account information would be stored in a central database somewhere that noone should have access to, except me... This program is intended to stay open most of the times....there is more to this, if you think you can do this, please contact me for more information. because there is a lot more details to it.
