Build a Web based Quiz System.

This is a small project to be used for company trainings. I need a quiz system with registration page. Here's the main idea: End User: *The employee will be given the instructions, and will be given a company webpage hosted locally. They will access through their smartphones and/or tablets on the local wifi, and will be asked for registration. First name, last name, email and phone number. (These will be stored in MySQL) *The system will check if there is an active quiz, which is enabled or disabled through admin control panel. (You can use 1/0 on SQL) *If active, the system will begin to show the quiz questions, answer options, and store their answers on database. (The questions should show up 1 by 1 instead of scrolling down the web page.) *Once the employees, finish answering the quiz, the instructor will have an admin control panel with a dashboard, showing the quiz name, how many participants, the average points, and who made the most points. Admin control panel: *A different webpage to login *There will be the option to enable or disable quiz. (Every quiz must have an ID, and name stored) *There will be the option to create/edit or delete quiz. Once chosen, the admin can pick a quiz from a list or dropdown menu showing (ID - NAME) *There will be the option to show results, which will use a dashboard to show results. *The quiz creation will ask for: Quiz name, Quiz category, how many questions, how many answer options. Once registered, the control panel will show on one page, multiple divs containing the question number, the question content, the answer options, and which option is the correct answer with Save/ Discard on the bottom. *As for the edit, will work the same way, except filling out the forms according to the quiz ID. *The control panel will have a button to export users registered in the quiz.. The export should filter users from all quizes, and quiz IDs. The informations should be exported in CSV or XML, first name, last name, email, phone. The system will have to adapt to Desktop/Notebook, Smartphones and tablets. I've got a basic structure built, but I am not an actual programmer.
