Key Features:
• Client Portal: Multi-client support for mediation cases and pre and post-mediation coaching.
• Onboarding Automation: Streamlined forms, welcome packages, contracts, and payments.
• Online Scheduler: Calendar integration for seamless appointment management.
• Video Conferencing: Includes breakout rooms and a whiteboard for effective sessions.
• Agreement Routing: Digital routing and signatures for efficient document handling.
• Surveys: Immediate and follow-up surveys for client feedback.
• Funnel Building: Lead generation processes for client acquisition.
• Email and SMS Marketing: Automated campaigns for client engagement.
• Social Media Management: Brand visibility and client interactions.
Responsibilities
The consultant will:
1. Detail the optimal client workflow with a flow chart.
2. Identify proposed automation technologies and necessary API integrations.
3. Articulate how each workflow phase will be impacted and automated.
4. Provide target monthly/annual costs for the tech stack.
5. Estimate time and costs for building out the proposed tech stack.
6. Discuss the scalability of the solution for future long-term growth.
Deliverables:
The final deliverable includes:
1. Presentation slide deck with detailed tech stack and workflow information.
2. A 1-hour Zoom presentation for interactive discussions and Q&A.
