I have a good understanding of both Django and PHP and am ready to port the code to Django. Depending on the complexity of the project (frontend integrations, Django channels setup, etc), it would take between four and ten days. I have no problem signing an IPA about the project, and can showcase a demo of the code (a small portion of php translated in Django) on my website before an awarding of the project.
