Complete Forms in Wordpress Website

Wordpress Admin Login Link: [to be sent privately] Username: [to be sent privately] Password: [to be sent privately] DUTIES: A contact form for a “Contact” page - Currently the Wordpress plugin “Contact Form 7” is used to create a contact form with the following fields: Your Name (required): Your Email (required): Subject: Message: Submit Button - The form works in that it sends the information to the specified email address, however, I want it so that when the user clicks submit, the form disappears and a message appears such as “Thanks for your enquiry, we will be in touch with you shortly.” At the moment, the form does not disappear, it remains on the page after the user clicks submit, and the message appears underneath the form. Is there a way this can be fixed using this current plugin? If not, I’m happy for a new plugin to be used, as long as the form disappears when the user clicks submit, and the message then appears on its own. - I also require access to the CSS file of the form within the WordPress dashboard, that way I can easily change the style if need be. Please let me know which files I need to edit for this. - The form needs to appear on this page: [login to view URL] Sign-up to Newsletter Form - Currently the plugin “Contact Form 7” is used to create a sign up form, which is synced to Mail Chimp. The following fields are used: Your Name (required): Your Email (required): ☐ I would like more information about becoming a member of Slow Food Subscribe Button - When the Full Name, and email is filled in – the details are automatically subscribed to a Mail Chimp list called Slow Food South Australia Mailing List. This currently works which is good. - If the checkbox is ticked, the same Full Name and email should also be subscribed to a GROUP within the Slow Food South Australia Mailing List called: More Information. I cannot get this to work, so I need help with this. Can this be done? The plugin captures the right information in the plugin “entries” section in the WordPress portal. And the New Member is automatically subscribed to the Mail Chimp list: Slow Food South Australia Mailing List – so this works. It also sends a summary email of the form to the user’s email. But I also want a copy of the summary to be sent to my email.
