Convert a Template to a Website

The name of the website is LuvInMusic, and the premise is basically a website built to allow the user the ability to subscribe to this particular site, and upload their music. The user will be able to upload their songs (audio/video) and be able to be "discovered". We have a pricing model that we can discuss with the developer based on feedback we receive. The user can join for free but will have to pay for uploading audio/video. We need pages created for music genres (rock, country, folk etc). And a link on top of homepage for those the subscription model is where we accept money for joining the website and uploading video/audio capability. We already have the domain registered and the logo created. We need the freelancer to display sample videos on the home page. We also need page tabs to allow the user to scan different genres of music. A user should have the ability to produce a background of one's self (i.e. user Bio). Template Will Be provided. Creation of a payment module is needed with Paypal as default for payment gateway. 20 to 25 day build.
