Create Filters on PHP website running on VPS (Centos ) for .exe (users app) communication. (Max Budget - 100$)

I have a .exe that gets installed on the users system which communicate with the PHP website loaded on VPS (Centos) ... The main purpose of this Application is to open URL on users system when requested from VPS Filters required on PHP Website running on VPS 1) Dashboard should show only numbers of users installed , GEO's , Online & Offline ( this should be clickable which should open the complete list of users on new page) 2) Logs tab which shows daily newly installed and uninstalled users (Only numbers & GEO's) 3) This is the last filter & drop down i want . URL , GEO's , Number of Users to send URL or ALL , Online - Offline or Both Right now i have a filter to send URL to all or every single user manually . Screenshot is attached for guidance. Server Root access will not be provided Website Admin access will be provided All the files currently running on Server for the PHP website will be provided.
