I am looking for expert who can help me with my project where i have 2 apps (android/ios/web/windows). Once i do transaction on app 1 confirmation should go to app 2. I dont want to use GCM or other similar tools as my apps can be a java based windows app or some other native app. Also i can not keep receiving app in queue as it will increase load on server and at same time it will drain data and battery of mobile apps. Looking for positive bids.
