Create Rest API from WordPress DB

Dear Sir, Wordpress expert here. I understood the requirements. I can do it. It is possible if all data are present in post, page, or user fields or meta fields. You can implement api if you want an app decoupled from wordpress site. If you want to show the map with markers within the site then there is no need to implement the api. You can just create a plugin for it then. Thanks.......
