An invoicing system with receipting that can print invoices that have been paid and generate report of all outstanding invoices. (Most source information should be able to be imported from the provided xml structure attached, there are just a few fields needed from the xml to create invoice: Volume, Ocean Freight, Vessel Name and Consignee name and address)
Generate reports based (TAX, Ocean Freight, Local Charges) for a date range
Have Access control (ability to create users and give permissions such as create, edit, delete update.. or just read only)
