Customize WooCommerce Booking process

We are a small community located in Amsterdam. We offer tours of our place to groups, which are being conducted by freelance guides involved with the community. Because handling the tours is a lot of work, we want them to be booked automatically by customers, paid automatically, invoices send automatically, etc. Customers are mostly universities, companies or other groups, not individuals. They book tours on dates and times when it is convenient for them. The guides are all from our community, and they all have different companies, jobs and projects besides the tours. So the tours are not their main jobs, they also want to choose which tours are convenient for them. Our idea is thus that after customers have booked a time and date, all tour guides must be e-mailed automatically when a new booking comes in. Then whoever is available to do the tour, can claim the slot. Once the slot is claimed, a request for payment is send to the customer. Once paid, the booking is confirmed. Tour guides and customers get a final e-mail with all details and each others contact info in case of emergency. I've tried to put the idea into a flowcharts https://miro.com/app/board/o9J_lPOZeDg=/ I have some basic understanding of WP and WooCommerce, and I've tweaking things myself using WooCommerce, WC Bookings plugin, and ACF Pro. However, my coding skills are not sufficient. To summarize, what the system should be able to do for us. The following is in WooCommerce and I've set up myself a little bit but needs some tweaks: - Multiple tour products, bookable through an online form embedded on our website - The datepicker has limits and filters; customers can only choose dates 5 days from today, and up to 90 days into the future. There are standard opening hours, and we can block specific holidays - Customers to be exported to Mailchimp for periodic marketing emails This is what needs to be customized: - Customers can apply for a non-profit discount (flat fee per tour slot) - not applicable in weekend - Different cost price for different situations (for-profit vs non-profit) and different pay rates for guides for different days (weekends vs weekdays) - After the booking is made, automatic RSVP-request e-mail is send to all guides attached to the booked tour product, asking them if they are available on this date and time or not - The guides have 48 hours to RSVP - If not enough guides RSVP, a reminder will be send to them. After another 24 hours, the booking is cancelled. - If enough guides are available, the tour slots will be assigned either on first come, first serve basis, or randomly - RSVP data per booking has to be stored so in case assigned guides want to change their bookings, we can manually contact another - After guides have been assigned to a booking, customers receive a paylink through Mollie. After payment is confirmed, assigned guides and customers receive a confirmation email with each others contact info and all booking info, plus calendar invite - The system sends out automatic reminders, for tourguides to RSVP, for customers to pay, for both to notify them of the tour (day in advance) - Automatic monthly financial statements send out to active tourguides - Automatically create Zoom meetings and attach the URL to all emails and calendar invites (for virtual tours) - The WC shop is installed in a subdirectory (note, not subdomain) of the original site. We need to copy the WP theme of the original site and menu structure so the customer experience is seamless
