Data mining/extraction/scraping from a websites

I have written a php script with CURL to pick some data off a few websites. the response is collected and stored in a csv file. The script takes an array as an input and iterates over each value from the array by calling the website. I need to run the script with 1,000,000 array length, so basicall 1,000,000 calls to the websites.
I need someone who can take this script and run it for me using multiple IP addresses and VPNs so that we do not get blocked later. the data is publicly available on the website but for obvious reasons, we cannot enter 1,000,000 numbers, it will take just too long.
